The Bowman Gallery Program accepts submissions ongoing, but books 1 to 2 years in advance. Proposal packages may not be looked at for a few months, so please be patient.
If you are interested in sending in a submission we need:
- Cover letter introducing yourself, and the project you are proposing
- An artist statment
- A CD with 10 -15 images of past work, and accompanying image list
- A current copy of your CV, or short biographical outline
- Any other support information.

The Bowman Gallery Program gives preference to local, regional and provincial artists, but will give consideration to other exhibitors, especially in the case of travelling exhibitions.
